Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for activity occurring under their accounts. You agree to notify us promptly of unauthorized use or suspected security incidents.
Access to the FloorHQ platform may require a separate subscription agreement, order form, or written commercial agreement. Pricing, service scope, and billing terms may be governed by separate written agreements.

Services are provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FloorHQ LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or business opportunity.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, nonpayment, security concerns, or misuse of the services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to conflict of law principles.
